SendGB Extra annual membership price only €29.90. With a 1-year membership, you can transfer up to 500 GB of files at once and have up to 1 TB of storage space depending on your membership type. We offer you SendGB Extra at a much more affordable price than our competitors.

Q. When can I use SendGB Extra?

A subscription is required for SendGB Extra. You can use SendGB Extra after signing up and paying.

Q. After my 1 year SendGB Extra subscription ends, what will be the next annual SendGB Extra fee?

When your 1 year membership ends, you can continue with our normal price for the next year. If you want, you can cancel your membership for the next year.

Q. Can I cancel my SendGB Extra order?

Unfortunately no. Our aim is to offer SendGB Extra advantages to more of our users.
After your order, we will reserve up to 1 TB of space for you, depending on the type of your package. To avoid misuse of our service, it is not possible to cancel the SendGB Extra order. However, after 1 year, you can cancel your membership for the next period by not continuing your membership.

Q. What do you use for the payment infrastructure?

We accept many payment methods, especially credit card and Paypal, to receive SendGB Extra payment. You can see the payment types we accept on our payment page. Stripe is the credit card payment tool system we use for payment.

Q. Where and how are my files stored?

At SendGB, we securely store your files in data centers located across different regions of the world. When you transfer files, we route them through the data center nearest to you. To ensure the security and swift delivery of your files, we choose data centers that are certified with international security standards.

Q. Does SendGB Extra membership renew automatically?

When your SendGB Extra membership expires, there will be no auto-renewal. If you want to extend your membership, you can use SendGB Extra for 1 more year by paying. We do not automatically charge the membership fee from your credit card.

Q. Is there a mobile application for SendGB Extra?

We do not have a mobile application. SendGB Extra members can use SendGB Extra without the need for a web-based mobile application.

Q. Can I access my SendGB Extra account from mobile devices?

SendGB Extra is suitable for use on mobile devices (mobile phones, etc.). You can use your SendGB Extra membership by using the browser on your mobile device without needing a mobile application.

Q. Can SendGB Extra members customize the background image?

SendGB Extra members cannot change the background image. We do not have such a feature.
